We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All of our shipments are insured and securely packed. We take full responsibility for delivering the goods to the customer in perfect condition. You will be responsible for the product(s) once they are in your physical possession or once they have been delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions.
1. Delivery destinations
Red Lychee ships to the following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
2. Delivery options and costs
We offer European Standard and Express Delivery options. Delivery fees are as follows:
European Standard Delivery – €10.
European Express Delivery – €20.
We offer Free Standard Delivery option on all orders over €120.
3. Delivery time
European Union Standard Delivery
Deliveries are Monday – Friday. We aim to have your products delivered to you within ten (10) working days. Saturday delivery may be possible, but this varies by country.
European Union Express Delivery
If we receive your order by 15.00pm (GMT+1 / CET), on a working day, we will dispatch your order the same day. Delivery should take place within two to five working days, dependent upon destination country.
Please note that orders placed on Sundays or on official holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
IMPORTANT: If you choose Direct Bank Transfer your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Red Lychee Online Shop will inform you by email when the order has been received and when it has been successfully processed. Dependent upon the carrier used for this service, and if you are not able to take delivery of your order, the parcel will be taken to either your local Post Office sorting office or the carrier’s local depot. You will be advised which location on the attempted delivery notification card the carrier leaves at the delivery address.
All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
4. Delivery address
Red Lychee uses the billing address to identify you as a customer and performs a credit check if necessary to avoid non-payment. It is therefore important that you always provide us with your personal, private address, even if you have the goods sent to your workplace, for example.
If you do not specify a different delivery address, the billing address corresponds to the delivery address.
