1. What personal information do we hold about you and how do we use it?
Information that we have received from you helps us to constantly improve the Red Lychee Internet presence so that you receive information from the Red Lychee world that is relevant to you, and which means the shopping experience in the Red Lychee Online Shop is individually tailored to your needs. We collect this information to make our website and Internet presence easier to use and to be able to make individual offers just for you. 2. Does Red Lychee pass this information on to others?
It is part of the Red Lychee philosophy that we protect our customer data, and that this data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. However, to be able to provide our service, we pass data on to third parties – Affiliated companies. Of course, your data are protected to the same extent as has been described previously.
Service providers:
We commission other companies and individuals to understand duties on our behalf, e.g. parcel delivery, the sending of letters or emails, maintenance of our customer lists, analysis of our databases, advertising measures, processing of payments (by credit card, direct debit or on invoice) as well as customer service. These service providers all have access to customers’ personal details, restricted to those data required for the fulfilment of their duties. We are contractually obliged not to use these data for any other purposes. Furthermore, we are also obliged to handle information in accordance with this data protection declaration and in accordance with the European Union laws on data protection.
Authorities:
We will make details of customer accounts and customers’ personal details public when we are legally obliged to do so.
3. How secure is the information about me?
We protect personal data with the appropriate state-of-the-art technology: “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) transfer works with 128-bit-encryption. SSL-encrypted details relating to, inter alia, orders, names, addresses and possibly credit card details or bank details cannot be read by third parties. In addition, we prevent unauthorised third parties from accessing personal data by saving the data on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. It is important that you protect your password and your computer from unauthorised access if you share your computer with others.
4. Can I stop my details from being passed on?

However, you will then no longer be able to use certain functions – such as the Online Shop. 5. Am I liable and responsible for my information?
For the use of services where you consciously and independently generate information and publish this information – such as the “Tell a Friend” function or when you send e-cards – you are wholly responsible for the content of this information. The sending of illegal content or the sending of content to an unsolicited recipient who has not consented to receive such information is prohibited. In the event that claims are made against Red Lychee for the sending of such material as described above, you declare your consent to indemnify and release Red Lychee from all damages resulting from such claims.
6. Are children allowed to use the Red Lychee Online Shop?
